Shipping Policy

All items are shipped within 2-5 business days of the date of purchase. Purchases are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Items are shipped via USPS First class and include a tracking number. Faster delivery via upgrade to USPS Priority Mail is available for an additional fee.

All items are carefully packaged in a sealed poly bag.

Shipping Disclaimer

IZZAROO™ is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages. Packages that are marked as delivered, but not received are the responsibility of the buyer and USPS.  Please contact your local Post Office or www.usps.com for these rare instances. 

If an order is returned to

IZZAROO™ by the post office, due to a refusal or shipping error by the buyer. We will attempt to contact the buyer regarding the returned mail by contacting the email provided with the purchase. The buyer will be responsible to pay for a second shipment. Buyer agrees to update account with current, complete and accurate information for all purchases made from IZZAROO™, so we can complete buyer transactions and contact buyer as needed.
